Outside crescent kick

Axe kick is when you jump into the air, bring your leg down in a chopping motion, then strike your opponent with the inside of your heel. This kick can be used to strike an opponent in the head, neck, or shoulders.
How do I improve my Taekwondo kicks?
The best way to improve your Taekwondo kicks is to practice, practice, practice! Try to find a training partner to help you work on your techniques. You can also try using a kicking target or a heavy bag to help perfect your kicks. Remember to focus on accuracy and power when you are practicing your kicks.
